Here are the specialized ranks that have been promised...
Government Ranks and Jobs
Leader/GM- President
Co-Gm’s- Vice President
Members of the Cabinet- are in charge of a specific detail.
· Secretary of War- In charge of maintaining the Republic’s Fleets and the continued production thereof. In time of war, becomes the Grand Admiral and becomes the effective leader of the Republic Armed Forces.
· Secretary of Defense- In charge of making sure Republic citizens have enough defenses in place. Is to establish and maintain a system of minimum defenses based on level and research.
· Secretary of Research- Is to monitor citizens research levels and make sure that they are constantly increasing their understanding and abilities.
· Secretary of Finance- Is to monitor citizen’s economy, and make sure that they are increasing it at a rate that is beneficial to the Republic.
· Secretary of the Interior- Is to watch the Boards and maintain them. Also is in charge of changing citizen’s ranks as needed.
· Diplomat- Is in charge of all diplomatic workings between the Republic and foreign Guilds.
Warrant Officers- Is the median between Republic citizens and the government. They are the people who should be approached with any questions, comments or suggestions. At the end of each month, they will submit a report to the government detailing the questions, comments and suggestions they received, and the government will discuss them and work to improve the guild.
*Note- All players who have changed and or customized their ranks are to replace them with the appropriate one or will be un-eligible for Government positions.
Military Ranks and Jobs
*Ranks will be determined by levels, as shown on the guild page. These are the Officers of the Republic Military above regular ranks.
1. Galaxy Commander- Is in charge of a particular Galaxy. They are to organize the players in their galaxy and establish strongholds. Also in charge of directing aid to occupied planets.
2. Regional Commander- Is in charge of a Galactic Region,(such as D00-D09). They are above Galaxy Commanders. They are to organize Jump gate networks to minimize flight time between Galaxies. In times of war, become the staff officers to the Grand Admiral.

Repubic Constitution
The Light of our Dear Republic, as brightly as it shines, also attracts predators who enjoy preying on us and others. It is our duty and obligation to spread the light and wisdom of [-TGR-] and to defend our space from such predators.
These Guide lines are in place to guide you in the right direction, when your confidence wanes refer to these guide lines to provide you with all the strength you need.
The Right to Farm – Any UNGUILDED person ask them to join us, should they not respond and or refuse you should consider them fair game and are then granted permission to attack. Do Not attack and farm a GUILDED player without express permission unless [-TGR-] is at WAR with said Player or Guild.
The Right of Retaliation and Retribution - In the event that a [-TGR-] base is attacked, any and all galactic citizens are granted permission to retake the lost base. Retribution is permitted on all attacks on [-TGR-] bases. However, please use common sense, and don't create enemies where there were none before.
The Right to Attack – Attacks are allowed only on guilds with no diplomatic ties to[-TGR-]. Before an attack is made please review our [-TGR-] pact/s located in the forum.
Guild Guidelines
1. All members are free to voice their opinions and ideas on all matters pertaining to TGR, remember to be cordial.
1-A: if you feel you have been mistreated by another member of TGR, talk to any of the leaders, even if it involves another leader.
Internal Guild fighting will not be tolerated and either or both parties may be subject to termination of their membership of the Galactic community.
2.Guilds that are in diplomatic relations with TGR are under NO CIRCUMSTANCES to be attacked. Violating this guideline may lead to your expulsion from TGR. Accidents do happen and if you have hit someone please contact a Diplomat ASAP.
3. Members are expected to act honorably in all actions with other guilds, whether it's a battle, trade, or simply talking.
Any dishonorable actions will not be tolerated and are grounds for expulsion. There may be exceptions to this guideline.
3-A: During Times of War Absolutely no Pillaging of Trade Routes. If a particular player has pillaged your TR/s then you may retaliate without fear of repremand. There will be NO STEALING of debris. You have the recycling rights to a debris field over your base or if you have participated in a battle either by being attacked or being the attacker. You may also recycle debris if you have permission from the owner
4. Always, Put the guild before your self, should a fellow member of the guild be in need. Provide support no matter how small - A sympathetic message will suffice if you cannot spare the fleet.
5: Please note that after 10,000 access minutes your membership to this guild is subject to removal. You are always welcome back into -TGR- should you find yourself removed. If you know you will be away for more than 3 days please contact the leadership.

We value Loyalty and Integrity. We freely give Respect to those that have shown they deserve our Respect.
What the Republic expects of you is to become your best self. We expect you to become the Elite of our membership being accountable for your actions and deeds.
You are now a citizen of The Republic, you must be willing to Serve, protect and fight for our existence against those who oppose The Ideals of our Great Republic.
The Republic exists to serve you, in return all we ask is that you follow our guidelines and prove to us your trying to be the best you can be. In return you can expect the leadership to do all they can for you.
We can only take you so far the rest is up to you.
